5 out of 5 stars Changed my outlook on life   December 22, 2008
Brother Yun is the perfect picture of a man totally surrendering his life to Christ and His ultimate purposes. I highly recommend this book to both Christians and non-Christians as it will transforms any and everyone's outlook on life.

5 out of 5 stars good story   December 16, 2008
This is an amazing story. I learned a lot from it. There is a lot of insight about church life and true dedication. It's scary to be that dedicated, but I want to be. Very inspiring for any Christian. I thought His wife Deling is a pretty amazing person too.

5 out of 5 stars Must Read Book For Christians   December 16, 2008
This book tells what Chinese Christians have gone through over the past thirty years and how God Himself has miraculously preserved them and spread the gospel. The amazing miracle stories in this book will strengthen your faith. I was told by two different people I had to get this book and read it. They were right. It was every bit as amazing as they said. It is a must read book!

5 out of 5 stars Inspiring - this book goes beyond the natural.   December 12, 2008
A modern generation Paul of the Bible. This book has inspired me to have hope for the future, joy in times of sorrow & makes me feel that God will not let any of us down.

5 out of 5 stars Amazing - Life Changing - Easy read   December 6, 2008
This book is a page-turner. I am hunting down free moments to read it. At first I couldn't believe it, but then I thought, "Why not?" Isn't the Bible a little hard to believe? This man's very life gives testimony to the truth. Why would he endure year upon year of torture for a fake? We've all experienced miracles in our own lives or at least heard about miracles happening to someone close to us. This book made me think really hard about some things. I feel pretty convicted about all the useless junk I've spent my money on, stuff that we rationalize and are told we "need". I've also felt that I need to get serious. We need to work together to help people in China and other areas with similar needs. If you read the book, you'll understand.
